A MUM has left people in hysterics after revealing the epic error a baker made while decorating her daughter's first birthday cake. Casie decided she wanted to put in an order for a pretty cake for daughter Nova's birthday on an online site. And when she came to checkout, she had to put in instructions for what she wanted piped on the cake.

However, in a video on TikTok, Casie revealed that her instructions were taken a bit too literally. "So I put that I wanted sweet one and then the number one and then I put for them in brackets that I wanted a heart next to the one," she explained . They've only gone and wrote a 'heart next to the one' on the flipping cake.

Like are you joking me? "I paid £50 quid for this cake! "Why would they not have saw it and knew that I didn't want that on the cake? "I was just telling them I wanted them to draw a heart next to the one. "No, because I'm absolutely fuming right now. I don't know what to do.

Do I complain about it or is it my fault?" She added that she was at a loss with what to do, because the birthday party was "in an hour". In the end, Casie had to put strawberries and blueberries on top of the cake to conceal the extra writing. "I know people would have found it funny, but I just thought you know what, just add strawberries," Casie concluded.

"PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU WOULDNT SEE WHAT I WROTE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEANT," she captioned the video. But in the comments section, people admitted that the baker's error had left them giggl.
