Hidden at the top of an unassuming staircase in Tallai on Queensland 's Gold Coast lies a new property dubbed the 'closest to perfection than ever'. Simon Ephrain Newitt spent four years working on his blank canvas land and the result is a true labour of love that pays homage to the surrounding region.

'We designed it in a way to sink into the natural contour of the land,' Mr Newitt told FEMAIL. 'I wanted to create something where every bedroom could enjoy the view .' Affectionately named 'Skyfall', the sprawling single-level home is split into three main regions connected by mezzanine bridges: the living area, the bedrooms, and the guest house.
