Sydneysiders have been going wild for the authentic sandwiches at Salumerie, an Italian deli in the inner-city suburb of Potts Point. The hotspot serves up a range of drool-worthy focaccia sambos with delicious deli meats and cheeses as well as Italian desserts and wines.

Salumerie founder Donato Salomone opened the deli to give Sydneysiders a taste of his home town of Naples with sandwiches inspired by his mother's cooking. The homemade focaccia bread is crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside and the perfect vessel for the various combinations of fillings.
