“We’ve got a sampler place with all different blueberry recipes. We have horticultural information if you'd like to grow blueberries, we have master gardeners there to help you answer questions,” says Teresa Whalen, chair of Warrensburgh Beautification Inc., the event’s sponsor.

“Just everything blueberry, celebrating the fruit of the season.” The event will also include activities for children, arts and crafts tables, free coffee, face painting by Megan Pierce, and live music by Mike Grazioso. Vendors will also sell other organic produce, as well as non-food items such as blueberry themed candles, jewelry, fabric crafts, handcrafted woodwork, and more.

Pet owners will also be able to buy healthy treats for their dogs and cats. “We want everyone to support local businesses, because that's what Farmers markets are all about,” Whalen says about this initiative..
