Three restaurants in Dublin, one in Cork, one in Dingle, and one in Belfast have all been awarded Bib Gourmands in the 2024 edition of the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland. The latest round of Bib Gourmand recipients was announced on Monday, January 29, ahead of this year’s Michelin Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland (which you can read about right here ). Michelin notes that the Bib Gourmand distinction - named after Bibendum, the official name of the Michelin Man - “highlights restaurants offering great quality, great value cooking.
