The cidery opened the Pizza Garden - along with an indoor event space called The Clear Mountain Room - last year and, as of earlier this month, DeFazio’s has taken over operations. The popular pizzeria, which has locations in Troy and Albany, brings its specialty pizzas, including arugula and prosciutto and cacio e pepe, along with gluten-free and vegan options. “This collaboration just makes sense,” said Laura Ten Eyck, Indian Ladder’s manager.
“We’re both family-owned businesses with something special that you can only find at our establishments.” "We are beyond excited to have the opportunity to operate at Indian Ladder Farms,” said Matthew DeFazio, owner of the popular pizzeria. “We both learned from the generations before us that hard work and being a pillar of your community are two of the most important parts of a successful business.
