A high-end car caught fire near the VIP gate of the LB Stadium at about 2.30 pm, Saifabad police said on Saturday. According to Saifabad station house officer Prasad Rao, there were no casualties.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained but the cops suspect a short circuit. The fire was reported by the car owner. “The fire department reached the spot immediately to douse the fire.
