Photo by Tony Caldwell / POSTMEDIA Article content Dominique Dufour, the disgraced Ottawa chef whose staff walked out weeks ago in a non-confidence protest, is no longer among the competitors at this fall’s Ottawa qualifier for the Canadian Culinary Championship .
