Young entrepreneurs showed they have a head for business as they set out their stalls in Bolton . Dozens of young traders showcased their craft as they took part in the Youth Traders Market final, an annual event to support the next generation of businessmen and women. Various stalls including jewellery, cakes and brownies, knitted babywear and teddies, alcohol, candles and many other good were on sale.

Young trader Grace Collard set out her stall 'Grace Makes", featuring retro style jewellery stall. She was selling earrings in the shape of Red Bull cans, lollipops, cartoon characters, and smiley faces. Grace said: “I have little weird earrings and they’re just so fun.



“I know some people love it and others not so much, but it really is fun to see people walk past and say things like ‘wow look at that’. “There are lots of cute pieces for everyone and I’m excited for people to have a look.” Grace said she was also excited to be in the trader’s final.

She said earlier: “I am beyond excited to be taking part in the Young Trader Of The Year regional finals in my very own hometown of Bolton. Lucy York and her mum, Karen, were out in town enjoying the sunshine. Lucy said: “The sun is shining, so we’re just having a good day with family.

“We love coming to town when there’s a market on because you find so many different things and I do think we need to support local business like this. “I know there’s shops closing but we’re having some luck with De.
