New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Bolton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows. Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated one eatery a four out of five hygiene rating and two eateries a three out of five hygiene rating.
