Chart-topping pop sensation and Parklife headline artist, Anne-Marie, surprised festival-goers this morning with an impromptu performance - on a bus. Rockstar Energy Drink organised the sing-along on an early-morning shuttle bus service en-route from Manchester Piccadilly Station to the festival site in Heaton Park. A bus full of unsuspecting festival-goers boarded the Parklife Festival shuttle service, unaware of the surprise awaiting them.
Along the route to the festival, the bus unexpectedly made a stop to pick up an additional passenger – none other than Anne-Marie, incognito in a bucket hat and sunglasses. Before taking her seat, Anne-Marie approached the bus driver with a request: to lead a sing-along with passengers en route to her headline performance. Renowned for her infectious energy and stage presence, Anne-Marie turned the bus into a makeshift concert venue, treating passengers to renditions of her classic hits like 2002 and Perfect.
This impromptu performance turned what would have been a routine journey into an unforgettable pre-festival warm-up, leaving fans buzzing. (Image: PR) Anne-Marie said: "Teaming up with Rockstar Energy Drink to surprise fans with this one-of-a-kind experience is so much fun. "Music is so special and it fills my heart knowing it makes people happy and that's exactly what we aimed to do on the shuttle bus to Parklife – to give fans the ultimate pre-festival party.
"I loved being a part of creating an unforgettable experience and bri.
