NOTHING beats the charm of savouring afternoon tea in a restaurant established by a renowned chef and which prides itself on offering a taste of British food culture. Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill at Sunway Resort Hotel is presenting a new afternoon tea menu, enhanced with a tea trolley experience where fine teas are served tableside. Tea served with signatures like Beef Wellington, Manjari 64% chocolate tart and Yuzu Mille-feuille.

The signature items are Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington, Manjari 64% Chocolate Tart and Yuzu Mille-Feuille. The tart made from 64% dark chocolate is not overpoweringly sweet while the mille-feuille with puff pastry layered with pastry cream is light and airy.
Besides the Beef Wellington, other savoury items include Boston Lobster Roll, Beetroot Cured Salmon with Creme Fraiche and Avocado as well as Coronation Chicken with Coriander Cress. The platter of sweet treats comprises Orange Blossom Mousse, Apple Crumble Creme Diplomat, and Raspberry Macaron. Afternoon tea is incomplete without scones.
