Expected to begin at 7:30pm, Lighthouse has blamed 'unforseen circumstances' and apologised for any disappointment caused. O'Neil has spent five decades within the industry with the performance said to be a journey through his career with never-seen photos, testimonies, and tributes to the tune of his most famous songs.
Known for hits such as 'Criticize', 'Fake', and 'If You Were Hear Tonight', O'Neil had announced 20 dates in the UK leg of his tour with Poole the penultimate performance before he performed in Royal Albert Hall in London on June 7. Fans have expressed their disappointment on social media with one ticket holder 'gutted' to have missed him but said that she 'hopes he is ok'. Lighthouse has stated that it will be in touch with ticket holders in due course.
