But the proposal wouldn't be complete without the help of their Labrador, Nola, who was wearing a bandana that read: "Will you marry dad?" However, the romantic proposal was cut short when Nola decided she'd had enough and sprinted toward the sea.

Cleveland, from Houston, told that the 1-year-old Labrador loves swimming, and even during a cherished family moment like this one, she just "can't help herself."
