Having moved to the Norfolk coast more than 20 years ago, ’s love of nature is clear via her jewellery brand’s impressive commitment to . Her company – whose HQ is based on the conservation-focused Holkham Estate – transitioned to 100 per cent recycled silver back in 2019, as well as introducing product passport IDs in 2022 in order to offer traceability across the supply chain. Now, Vinader is going beyond the sustainability of her products by rewilding a 17-acre meadow that’s just a stone’s throw away from where her Norfolk offices are based.

“I’ve always believed quite strongly that businesses [have to] invest in nature, acting to conserve and restore biodiversity,” the Spanish-born, jewellery designer tells from her studio, via Zoom. “This particular meadow is a very small act, but it’s a first step into a longer journey of understanding what we can do with landscape regeneration.” Vinader called on Holkham’s conservation manager and author, Jake Fiennes, to help rewild the degraded piece of farmland, which lies adjacent to the estate, back in 2022.



“We created a wildflower seed mix, which we put in, and obviously stopped the pesticides,” she describes, explaining how they reintroduced native plants such as oxeye daisies, cowslip, meadow buttercups and lady’s bedstraw.
