Victoria and David Beckham will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary next month, after the couple tied the knot on 4 July 1999. Posh and Becks have been loved up for a long time and while their relationship took over the world when the former Manchester United footballer and Spice Girls superstar started dating, David wasn’t Victoria’s first love. The fashion designer was previously engaged to her childhood sweetheart, a local electrician, with the young couple set to get married.

The pair used to live with her mother and father at their family home in Goff's Oak, Hertfordshire. During the early days of the Spice Girls Victoria even used Mark’s surname, before she reverted to only using her maiden name Adams.



Victoria and Mark first met when she was 14 years old and studying at St Marys High in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England. He popped the big question in 1994, when she was around 20 years old.
