THE UFC have booked a third tasty welterweight showdown for their return to the UK. MMA's premier promotion will return to these shores for a second pay-per-view card in as many years on July 27. UFC 304 is set to showcase some of the promotion's best talent from the United Kingdom and Ireland.

And The Emerald Isle is set to have another representative on the stacked card. Multiple sources have informed SunSport that Irishman Kiefer Crosbie will make his second octagon outing on the Manchester card. Crosbie's dance partner for the night will be England and Team Crossface's own Sam Patterson.



Crosbie - a long-time training partner of UFC legend Conor McGregor - made a short-notice octagon debut against Kevin Jousset last September. 'Big Daddy' came up short in that contest, which he lost via first-round submission. He was due to return against Themba Gorimbo in February but was forced to withdraw from their showdown due to injury.

Patterson, meanwhile, is flying high having picked up his first win in the promotion in sensational fashion in January.
