In the latest installment of "Minuscule Yet Highly Bothersome Developments Within My Life," I've officially reached my threshold with charging cords. While there are endless benefits to living through the technology renaissance, the cons (albeit small) are deeply frustrating — and many revolve around the overwhelming amount of USB cables that are scattered throughout my apartment. My laptop needs a charging cord, my need a charging cord, hell, even my LED lightbulbs need a charging cord (I like rechargeable light bulbs, sue me!).

The overarching dilemma is that I'm majorly fatigued by the abundance of cords within my home, all of which inevitably wind up tangled, scrunched in the back of an ominous drawer, and so distorted that I can't even keep track of which ones are compatible with which devices. So, when I spotted the ($40) on a recent flight, my interest was immediately piqued. Unlike other portable chargers, this model is designed to magnetize to your phone, with only a tiny USB cable (which comes attached to the actual device) necessary to refuel my phone's battery.

Clutch was kind enough to send me a sample of its bestselling to try out for myself, and I've been wildly impressed with not only how easy it is to use, but how seamlessly it charges my phone — and in a short amount of time, no less. Keep reading for my full review of the Clutch Pro Lightning Charger to see how this works to elevate my day-to-day. Naturally — as evidenced by my previous rant — I lov.
