Bar-Kays to perform Sunday at Hartwood Acres The free 2024 Allegheny County Summer Concert series will feature funk band the Bar-Kays with Clinton Clegg at 7 p.m. Sunday at Hartwood Acres Park Amphitheater, 4070 Middle Road, Hampton.
