At the end of last week, Off-White uploaded a cryptic photo on Insta with a single sticky note that had “BRB” scribbled on it. Mysterious! While nobody really knew what this meant, the Italian fashion house is now ready to reveal it all with the brand new Off-White Be Right Back. By Adam Cheung Keeping in line with the office theme that was first introduced by the Out of Office in 2020 (a model that Hollywood's biggest sneakerhead can't get enough of ), the Be Right Back is all about taking some time for yourself.
Inspired by old-school Japanese running shoes from the '80s and '90s, it works on top of a tightly-knit mesh base and is overlaid by lots and lots of luxe leather and lots and lots of arrows. Off-White Be Right Back 'New York' Off-White Around the heel, you'll find a total of three (!) pull tabs, and down below, the highly-sculpted midsole is made with 100 per cent rubber for extra comfiness and bounciness. It's decorated with “OFF” across the lateral sides in a blobby font, and it's lined with an extra grippy outsole to keep you on your feet while you're just chilling out and relaxing.
It's similar to the one found on the Odsy-1000 silhouette, but not quite as weird.
