Scheffler has made $28million this year alone (Image: Getty) Scottie Scheffler has earned more than $28,000,000 (£22m) in competition winnings so far in 2024, after topping the tees of The Masters , The Memorial, The Arnold Palmer Invitational and more. Despite a sub-par performance at The US Open earlier this month – having tied 41st alongside the likes of Jordan Spieth and Billy Horschel – Scheffler has managed to break the bank with gold-standard finishes across a number of other majors. He kicked off his year with a T5 finish at The Sentry to take home $690,500, before a T17th at The American Express Cup at PGA West topped his balance up by $132,300.

A T6 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and a T3 at the WM Phoenix Open would add another $1,161,700 to Scheffler's winnings while a T10 at The Genesis Invitational would see him a further $455,500 better off. The World No. 1's first tournament win wouldn't come until the Arnold Palmer Invitational of March, where Scheffler would take home the top prize of $4,000,000 for his outstanding performance, before going back to back in The Players Championship the week after to add another $4,500,000 to his winnings for the year.
