Hezbollah is reportedly using low-tech strategies to counter Israeli high-tech surveillance. Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah described this as a strategy of "blinding" Israel, according to a report by Reuters. Sources revealed to Reuters that Hezbollah uses old-fashioned communication means, including pagers and couriers who deliver verbal messages in person.
