The late long-time hairdresser Richard Dalton has shared a heartwarming story about 's childhood love for haircuts. Speaking at the Styling Princess Diana panel at Fotografiska New York, Richard revealed that young William would eagerly anticipate his visits because they meant he could watch "extra television" while getting his hair trimmed. The seasoned stylist, who also cut s hair until 1991, recalled how William would even place a chair on the coffee table in readiness for his haircut.

Richard's close relationship with the , particularly Princess Diana, is well-documented and his recent revelations offer a charming glimpse into the princes' early years. Sharing some juicy details, reports Richard said: "I would see her every morning, and obviously she had an event every day [and would] come back at 5 o'clock to do tiaras. I don't think we were ever serious, it was always fun.
