Prince Louis cheekily defied Princess Charlotte's attempts to keep him in line during today's Trooping the Colour, a lip reader has revealed. The Princess of Wales, Kate , and her three children, Prince George , Louis , and Charlotte , were all present at the Trooping the Colour, having earlier enjoyed a carriage procession down the Mall. Stationed on the balcony at Horse Guards Parade, Kate was seen whispering to Charlotte as the military bands played, much to the amusement of a dancing Louis during the Scots Guards' quick march to "Highland Laddie".
However, his antics seemed to annoy his elder sister, reports the Mirror . Lip reader Nicola Hickling reports that as Louis continued to dance, Charlotte admonished him with: "You have to stop doing that. Watch the parade", to which Louis retorted: "I won't".
Charlotte persisted, saying: "Do as you're told", but Louis simply responded: "Nope." Kate found herself quite occupied with young Louis, who was more interested in playing with the blind cords than observing the ceremony from the balcony. In typical fashion, he ignored the gathered crowds and instead amused himself by pulling on the white cord by the window.
Shortly after, wee Louis was spotted yawning as he watched the parade from a window in the Duke of Wellington's former office. The young prince threw his head back with a big yawn while his sister politely observed the event. However, determined not to nod off, he kept himself awake by dancing through the show.
Troopin.
