PRINCE Harry dazzled at the 2024 ESPY Awards, where he received the Pat Tillman Award for Service. His wife, Meghan Markle, attended to support him and showcased her own fashion flair in a stunning white halter gown. The couple graced the star-studded event held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

She complemented her gorgeous gown with strappy black sandals, diamond earrings, a sleek silver bracelet, and two diamond rings. Meghan styled her hair in a neat low bun and opted for a fresh makeup look. Prince Harry, 39, looked sharp in a classic black suit paired with a matching tie.

The event was hosted by Meghan’s close friend, Serena Williams. The Duke of Sussex received this year’s Pat Tillman Award for his contributions to the Invictus Games, a multi-sport event supporting wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women. However, this recognition has sparked controversy.

Named after the late Arizona Cardinals player and Army soldier who was killed in Afghanistan in 2004, the award has drawn criticism from some, including Tillman’s mother, Mary, who expressed her disbelief over Harry being honored. “I am shocked as to why they would select such a controversial and divisive individual for the award,” she told the Daily Mail. Despite the backlash, ESPN reaffirmed its decision, stating to Page Six, “While we understand not everyone will agree with all honorees, The Invictus Games Foundation does incredible work, and ESPN believes this cause is worth celebrating.
