Members of Pasay LGBTQIA+ community conducted a parade around the city on Friday, June 28 in celebration of “Pride Month.” Pasay City Mayor EmiCalixto-Rubiano said members of the LGBTQIA+ community waived simultaneously their rainbow color flags during the parade that started at 4 p.m.
in Barangay 66 in Cementina Street going to Cuneta Astrodome. Rubiano said various activities were prepared during the event with a theme "PasayOverLoved", including spoken poetry, awrahan fashion show, and a variety show. She said the activity was held in coordination with City Social Welfare and Development Office, Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila, and Councilor Joey Calixto-Isidro.
