Today marks the start of Parklife 2024 and a mammoth 80,000 revellers are expected to descend on Heaton Park this weekend. Some of the biggest acts from around the world will be gracing Greater Manchester's stages, with Nia Archives, Four Tet, Becky Hill, Sugababes, Disclosure and Peggy Gou among just some of the names taking the stage today. Some things will undoubtedly remain the same - you can expect plenty of glitter, bucket hats, and some pretty questionable dance moves.
