VanZant had left fans stunned after confirming she would transition to Dana White 's Power Slap competition and make her debut against Christine Wolmarans. It was on short-notice and odds were stacked against the former bare-knuckle boxer and UFC star, but she came through in incredible fashion.

VanZant began the fight with her maiden shot, but her rival ate it and aimed a fierce look back as a 'welcome' to the league.
