A diner in Western Massachusetts known for its Southern-style barbecue will be featured on an episode of “ America’s Best Restaurants ” later this month. ABR’s “Roadshow” will be filming at Biggins Diggins in Lanesborough on Monday, June 17, the company said in a press release. The episode, which will air on social media at a later date, will feature popular dishes from the restaurant along with interviews with Biggins Diggins’ owners Jenn and Terry Bishop.

Restaurants featured on ABR’s “Roadshow” are chosen based on customer reviews, menu items, social media presence and involvement in the community. Biggins Diggns was nominated by customer Michelle Foley, who said, “Terry is awesome, [and] the food is the bomb,” ABR wrote in their press release. In a video posted to Facebook on Saturday, June 1, the Bishops said they got a call from ABR asking to be featured on the show and that people should stay tuned for more.



Debuting in July 2018, Biggins Diggins labels itself as a must-stop for “fresh, old-fashioned homemade meals,” the restaurant’s website reads . “Stop in for some of the town’s best breakfast and lunch options. Choose from all your favorites, like pulled pork, burgers, salads and other flavorful dishes on our menu,” the website states.
