Size opened in the two-story super-regional mall at U.S. 30 and Mississippi Street in Hobart.
It's on the lower level by Forever 21. The store bills itself as "the authentic community sneaker store since 2000" and sells footwear brands like Adidas, Nike and New Balance. "Size is a unique collection of fashion, blending high-end style with streetwear vibes," Marketing & Business Development Manager Kristyn Filetti said.
"We are excited to have Size join Southlake Mall. They offer a great mix of brands and styles." Boyz Locker Room also opened at the mall earlier this year.
The youth clothing store targeting a male customer base aims to be a "go-to destination for stylish and on-trend clothing that keeps boys looking sharp and feeling confident" and a shopping destination where "cool meets comfort for the young trendsetters of today." Yihi Japan also is coming to the food court. The Japanese restaurant has a location at the University Park Mall in Mishawaka.
The menu includes chicken teriyaki, beef and shrimp teriyaki, crab rangoon, chicken egg rolls, maki rolls, N fried rice, bourbon chicken and sesame chicken. Other recent additions at the mall include Famous Footwear, Miniso and Celaxs. Long a premiere shopping destination in Northwest Indiana, the Southlake Mall near the U.
S. 30 exit off Interstate 65 is the second largest mall in Indiana after Castleton Square Mall on the northeast side of Indianapolis. It's home to more than 160 stores including Macy's, Kohl's, H&M, Build.
