Mahi review: The Plot Mr. & Mrs. Mahi begins with a dream.
Mahendra (played by Rajkummar Rao) is a young aspiring cricketer who wishes to make it to the Indian Cricket team. However, he fails multiple times, unable to get a chance to prove his calibre to the world. His father (played by Kumud Mishra) denies him another year to pursue cricket and puts his son in his Sports shop.
Years later, Mahendra aka Mahi is a grown-up man in his late twenties waiting to get marri.
