A millennial woman has been applauded for her refusal to adopt a Gen Z trend. Ankle socks are out, Gen Z writer Eleanor Katelaris wrote for the Australian parenting website Kidspot. Shorter socks have been shunned by Gen Z to make way for longer, more practical socks, Katelaris explained, since they have a tendency to slip down the foot.
