The 98-year-old crashed onto the patio below at his home in London on May 12, and was pronounced dead on the scene. He was found by his shocked partner 88-year-old former fashion model Teresa Marshall De Paoli who had been cooking supper.

Relatives of the late Marquess – also known as Michael Brudenell-Bruce, who was suffering from dementia when he died - are contesting his will. His son David, 71, the newly styled 9th Marquess, expressed suspicions over the cause of his death and has said he is fighting how his father's estate is set to be divided.
