Posting to her 223 million Instagram followers, the reality TV star uploaded a sweeping panorama of Sydney Harbour, complete with squawking cockatoos.

On closer inspection, it turns out the location in question is the sleek home of childcare entrepreneur and GWS deputy chairman Adrian Fonseca and his wife Nancy. Along with their Tamarama beach house and Duffys Forest equestrian estate, the couple’s Bellevue Hill home is sought by visiting A-listers and wealthy families as a luxury Sydney base when the Fonseca family is out of town.



Available from anywhere between $10,000 and $15,000 a night – or a negotiated fee for longer stays – the property is part of the luxury portfolio of interior designer Nina Maya .
