A couple of Pikes Peak region high school baseball teams advanced to the state tournament on Saturday. At Lewis-Palmer No. 7 Lewis-Palmer and No.
23 Palmer Ridge both won their regional games, setting up an all-Monument regional final. The Rangers had no trouble in the local battle, though, as they won 10-0 in mercy-rule fashion. Lewis-Palmer only logged six hits as a team, but the Bears committed six errors.

At Delta The Classical Academy, seeded No. 10, pulled off an upset of No. 7 Delta in its regional final, beating the Panthers 8-7.
