The eldest daughter of the Duke of Rutland, 30, took to Instagram to share the shock news, where she wrote that she had said 'yes' to Bill Garnock, the heir and son of the 16th Earl of Lindsay. Bill Garnock, from Fife, Scotland is thought to be in his early 30s, and is the son of the 16th Earl of Lindsay and the brother of Lady Charlotte Lindesay-Bethune.
He is also the founder of Scotland-based Alcohol-free spirit Feragaia. The news may come as a shock to fans as the socialite gave no indication that she was in a relationship, neither that she was involved with the heir. Nevertheless they expressed their happiness for the couple and commended her for finding a 'dishy' chap.
