The three-level 411sqm residence that sits atop the redevelopment of the former La Strada restaurant premises has just exchanged via off-the-plan king Ben Stewart, of Stewart Residential and CBRE.
Stewart was tight-lipped when contacted about the purchaser, though other sources advise it was insurance guru Colin Fagen, the former QBE exec now managing director and co-founder of Blue Zebra Insurance.
