The fashion magazine Cosmopolitan has unveiled a stunning pictorial and interview featuring the talented actress Kim Hye Yoon , where she candidly discusses the overwhelming success of her latest drama ‘ Lovely Runner ’ and delves into her personal approach to acting and life. Reflecting on the reception of ‘Lovely Runner’, Kim Hye Yoon expressed sincere gratitude, acknowledging, “It’s more than I deserve, and I am truly grateful for it”, as quoted by Soompi. The drama, which follows the life journey of her character Im Sol from adolescence to adulthood, earned much love from audiences, whom Kim described as feeling like she was ‘peeking into someone’s diary’.

Discussing the key elements that contributed to the drama's popularity, Kim highlighted its narrative structure, particularly the perspective shifts between Im Sol and Sun Jae, played by Byeon Woo Seok. “I believe the biggest charm of ‘Lovely Runner’ lies in the mutual rescue narrative. In the drama, the scenes depicted from Sol’s perspective were later portrayed again from Sun Jae’s perspective, which I think many people liked”, she explained.



Known for her meticulous approach to acting, Kim Hye Yoon admitted to being a perfectionist. “I’m rarely satisfied with my acting. Personally, I have regrets about every scene, but I believe I would act the same way even if I could go back, because I know that my past self gave her utmost effort during filming”, she confessed, emphasizing her.
