TWO NEW KAIZER CHIEFS PLAYERS? According to the most reliable source in DStv Premiership reporting, Amakhosi are close to announcing a new left-back. The name is Bongani Sam . The 26-year-old is a free agent after leaving Orlando Pirates at the back of a loan spell with Moroka Swallows in January.
“Orlando Pirates are understood to have given defender Bongani Sam the greenlight to discuss personal terms with Kaizer Chiefs. SABC Sport can reveal the two parties have reached an unprecedented agreement that would see a player move between the two Soweto giants should he pass a medical and have the finer details ironed out,” Mazola Molefe reported. “If all goes well, as expected, Sam would then be part of The Glamour Boys’ pre-season training camp in Turkey from Friday.
