IRELAND AM star Karen Koster has said "you can't rain on our parade" after sharing snaps from "dreary" Dublin Pride. The Virgin Media host took to Dublin 's O'Connell Street early this morning to film a Dublin Pride segment for Ireland AM . Karen posted some snaps to her Instagram story throughout the day and emphasised just how harsh the weather was.

In a short clip, a drenched Karen held up a colourful umbrella as the rain pelted down. She said: "Guys I am absolutely soaked on O'Connell Street today as we gear up for the start of Dublin Pride Parade." The Dublin star gave a big smile to the camera whilst having a positive outlook on the situation as she added: "It's miserable here, but we don't care.



" In another picture, the popular presenter stood in front of a TV monitor with a microphone and an Ireland AM umbrella. The stylish lady donned a cute denim mini skirt, yellow t-shirt and an army print jacket. She tied the look together with some biker boots and a sequinned leather belt.

Karen beamed in the picture as her caption said: "Happy Pride from a damp & dreary O’Connell St @irelandamvmtv. "But you cannot rain on our parade! Here til 1pm to celebrate Dublin Pride." After the parade, the 43-year-old shared a picture of her finger tips which had became wrinkled from all the heavy rain.
