The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kashipur today hosted its fourth batch of Executive MBA (Analytics) with a cohort of 65 students, of whom 30 per cent were female. This course centers on emerging domains such as Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Management, data analysis, and Strategy. It encompasses 900 hours of learning, structured into six on-campus modules, one per term, spread over 25 days across the two-year duration.

The institute claims that this is one of the most diverse batches at the institute, with students from more than 20 sectors. It consists of students ranging from mid 20s to late 30s, people from the backgrounds of fashion designing, cyber security, data science, management, charted accountant, mining engineer, senior accounts executive of an entertainment company, associate director of a pharmaceutical company, and entrepreneurs and more. Advertisement This batch of 65 students comes from 14 different states and has a different set of skills and experiences.



Most of them are already working for top multinational companies like Infosys, TCS, Thomson Reuters, Amazon, Adobe, American Express, and many others. The last cohort of 83 students received their degrees on April 27 this year, including 25 per cent female students. As many as 73 per cent of the passed students had an engineering background, 13 per cent had Agriculture, Arts, Economics, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Media, and Public Administrat.
