A defiant London mum has hit back at online trolls who have criticised her for wearing crop tops at the age of 50, claiming it's 'not appropriate'. Fritzie Cencil, 50, loves to rock 'daring' skirts, shorts, and crop tops. As a fashion enthusiast and a petite woman, she favours crop tops paired with high-waisted trousers to create the illusion of longer legs.

Despite receiving comments that her choice of attire is "inappropriate" for someone her age, Fritzie wears what she feels good in, insisting that "age doesn't define me", and said she often receives compliments that her body looks like that of a 20 year old. Fritzie, who works as a clinical lead practice educator for the NHS in Islington , London, asserts confidently: "People say you can't wear that. It's not appropriate.

" But she stands firm, saying, "I'll wear whatever I want as long as I look good in it. I wear clothes for myself, I'm 50 - I can wear things I want to wear". It doesn't define me." Growing up in a village in the Philippines, Fritzie faced more restrictions on her wardrobe. But since moving to London in 2002, she has embraced the freedom to experiment with new styles.

She reflects on her journey: "I spread my wings. I can wear what a 20 year old can wear, I know it suits me." Fritzie shar.
