Frankie Osborne ( Isabelle Smith ) decided against calling for help when her abusive and manipulative twin brother JJ ( Ryan Mulvey ) collapsed to the floor. JJ, as viewers know, has been sexually abusing Frankie , with the Channel 4 soap tackling a storyline that explores the common but under-recognised form of child sibling sexual abuse . Frankie has made its very clear to JJ that she wants him to stop the abuse, with JJ claiming that he would do just that.
