Heartbroken Warwickshire parents are demanding answers after their 'incredible child' died hours after they say doctors diagnosed her with constipation. Craig and Josie Greenhalgh took their daughter Annabel to A&E at Warwick Hospital after she complained of abdominal pain. Having been told she had constipation, she was discharged from hospital and sent home, her parents say.

Paramedics tried to resuscitate her but Annabel was pronounced dead at the scene. She died just weeks after starting at Alcester Grammar School and her tragic death was mourned not only within the school but the wider community at St Chad’s Church in Bishop’s Tachbrook.
