H Samuel has launched a new craze of 'permanent jewellery' that involves welding bracelets directly onto customers' wrists, sparking a social media frenzy as pals and partners use it to symbolise their bond. H Samuel 's 'Perfect Weld' service is aimed at customers from the age of seven, with under 16s required to have a parent or guardian present.
