The Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk rematch will not happen. That is according to Johnny Nelson .

Usyk defeated Fury in a split decision to become the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World. It was Fury’s first defeat, as his post-fight comments showed it was difficult to accept. He was adamant that he had won the fight, despite almost getting knocked out in round nine, only to be saved by a standing eight count.

Fury also alleged that Usyk only won due to the Russia-Ukraine war. Since then, Fury has been relatively quiet on social media. He did wish Frank Warren well during the five vs.

five tournament against Eddie Hearn . His father, John Fury , has also kept a low profile. And yet, Fury has now been in the headlines for the wrong reasons.

Fury vs. Usyk He was spotted getting thrown out of a pub in his hometown of Morecambe as he was on his knees. Fury has previously struggled with mental health and alcohol abuse.

This was after the Wladimir Klitschko win. Fury would never end up having a rematch with Klitschko. Now, Nelson believes Fury will not rematch Usyk.

“I think Tyson Fury, the realization of what’s happened to him, will kick in slowly but surely. I don’t believe Tyson Fury will fight Oleksandr Usyk next or again. He [Fury] either packs it in or Usyk retires or moves down [to cruiserweight].

I don’t think he’ll get in with Usyk again. I think he’ll retire because of the fashion of his defeat, and he’ll just be struggling to deal with it. Yeah, I .
