Models, designers and photographers will turn downtown Kelowna into a fashion hub from July 12-14. The Kelowna Fashion Week(end), hosted by AesthetiKsLAB will feature three fashion shows, workshops, panel discussions, photoshoots, musical performances and pop-up shops. "We are thrilled to bring this extraordinary fashion event to life," said Erikka Moojelsky, the founder of Aesthetiks Lab.

The mission of the organization is to make art welcoming, accessible and inclusive for all people. The premier weekend of fashion and fun will kick off on Friday, July 12, at the Okanagan Public Library in downtown Kelowna. The weekend's first fashion show, with the theme 'New Materials' will begin at 3 p.

On Saturday, July 13, all are invited to the city's largest clothing swap at the Rotary Commons. People are also invited to attend a sustainability conference before the second fashion show of the weekend begins at 4 p.m.

The final day of the fashion week(end) on Sunday, July 14, will feature a pop-up shop and a ribbon skirt workshop before the final fashion show of the weekend. "This show is a celebration of art, culture, and the vibrant spirit of our community. We can't wait to see the creativity that our designers will bring to the runway,” said Moojelsky.
