Rather than picking a fight with the audience or campaigning against cancel culture , his jokes toed the line, with each joke serving a purpose - not for the sake of provoking an audience with already cemented opinions. With that said, Burr refused to censor any part of his set, and made it clear about where he stood politically. 'I f—king hate liberals,' Burr said bluntly, referring specifically to white, hypocritical liberals rather than where they stand politically.
