Britain's Got Talent's judge Simon Cowell heaped praise on the 'amazing' Coventry cheerleading squad Lady Grenades. They opened last night's live show on ITV in spectacular fashion. The squad, who are part of Coventry Dynamite, impressed the panel with their high octane routine to 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' with Bruno Tonioli saying it was the best way to start the show.

He said: "You have worked on that choreography, I can tell the difference, you changed the structure, you made those incredible acrobatic synchronisations even better, that was excellent. "Exhilarating fun, excellent."
