A bitter public war between a Perth bride — influencer Meg Brackpool — and Leederville boutique Oxford Bridal has exploded on social media after she was refused a refund for her dress after she claimed it arrived “dirty”. Ms Brackpool has claimed she bought a bespoke $3060 gown from the store that came delivered besmirched with “brown splodges”.

But Oxford Bridal hit back, saying the dress did not arrive dirty but rather a makeup-like mark appeared after Ms Brackpool tried it on in store.
